Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling • Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels the booking more than 7 days before the event/session, the Photographer will transfer the deposit to a future appointment, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred. If the cancellation occurs within 6 days, the deposit will be forfeited. - If client is more than 5 minutes late their session will be cancelled and no refund given of any amount. • Cancellation by Photographer: If the Photographer is unable to fulfill the contract due to illness, emergency, or any unforeseen circumstance, a full refund of any paid amounts will be provided. • Rescheduling: In the case of poor weather the client will be notified with a postponement date, if the client is unable to make the new date they will be refunded the entire amount they have paid.
