To keep things running smoothly and ensure the best experience for all of our lovely clients, please take a moment to read through our booking policy: 📅 Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is secured. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to relax before your treatment. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. 🚫 Late Arrivals Please let us know if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the appointment being cancelled. 🧾 Payments Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, bank transfer, and Paywave.
